Clients who are unsure of what they want can engage you via the “Request Design Help” button. This fast form gets sent to you via a text message where you can view the lead, and curate design options from the Collaboration Mode on your phone.

With Fanfaire’s lead capture, clients design first. If they don’t book immediately, they enter your lead queue, allowing for strategic, well-timed follow-ups.

MULTIPLE WAYS TO CAPTURE LEADS

Clients can submit their request, but we also capture when a client designs and does not check out on the Digital Storefront. Once the client has share one personal piece of information, it gets stored in the lead queue. This complies with GDPR guidelines.
